Innov8 Reach has developed an on-demand AI personalized advertising experience that enables organizations like Gloo (along with their partner network) to deliver personalized, highly effective initial exposures to the church to those with displayed unmet needs. This in response to Challenge #2, Equipping the Church. This matters to Gloo and their partner churches because it reduces the cost of creating personalized targeted ad experiences by two orders of magnitude (100x), exponentially increases the # of connections made while simultaneously optimizing cost-to-connection, and is a pivotal step in connecting individuals to faith based communities at scale.

Innov8 Reach is inspired by our guiding question: How can Gloo (and other digital evangelist organizations) better reach individuals (Explorers) with unmet needs (Anxiety, Depression, Loneliness, Marital Problems...) and introduce/connect them with the Church? Presently, most outreach has focused on using social media ads to direct Explorers to a landing page with a video tailored to their unmet need, which funnels contact information into Gloo’s Church Partner Network. However, video content presents several challenges as production is expensive ($2,500-$5,000) and resource-intensive (writers, camera crew, actors), and as ads saturate their target market, there is a point of diminishing return, and new videos/topics must be filmed. Innov8 Reach addresses these challenges through an AI-first metaverse-powered conversational platform that interactively engages with Explorers to introduce the Church in a highly personalized 3D environment, tailoring a VR faith-based counselor(which is lip-synced for realism) to their specific unmet need. Innov8 Reach capitalizes on high retention chatbots(backed by character.ai engagement metrics - 600M monthly visits - 45 min. avg session duration), yet goes beyond a simple 2D interface and combines AI with the 3D metaverse to create unique personable experiences for Explorers and foster connections. Gloo connects 1,000 Explorers with churches in their partner network everyday. With Innov8 Reach, we aim to increase that number to over 10,000 Explorers everyday, while substantially lowering the overall cost-to-connection, improving the perception of the Church by Explorers, and introducing more people to the Church than ever before.
